2004 Sansa Workshop
Kwame Akoto aka Almighty God [a street artist].works from his imaginations as well as painting about real life events. The master artist is the CEO of the largest and most prolific painting workshop in Kumasi, which he founded in the mid 1970s. By 2004, at least fifteen master artists currently heading their own studios and workshops had apprenticed under him. In addition to his commercial paintings, Akoto also produces 'fine art', which he calls 'creativity art'. Exhibitions of his works have been shown in Paris, Lyon, Verona, Amsterdam and Los Angeles.
